Return + EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy applies only to orders placed within the last 30 days. Any orders placed past that timeframe are no longer eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, with your receipt of purchase.
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect the product(s) and you will receive an email notification that we have received your item. We will also notify you of any next steps, and will process your refund, assuming no further action is needed.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable number of days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will exchange your product for the following reasons: to order a different size, or if the product is defective or damaged. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the exchange process.
*Our return policy applies only to U.S. purchases. If you placed an international order and would like a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
